The conference marks the launch of the project “Youth for the Future of Ukraine: Dialogue, Research, and Creative Media Work for the Consolidation of Ukrainian Society and Orthodoxy” — a seven-month program for young leaders and activists from small towns and villages across Ukraine.
The project is implemented on the initiative of the NGO “Sofiyske Bratstvo” (St. Sophia Brotherhood) and is supported by zivik/IFA (funded by the German Federal Foreign Office), the Academic Initiative Charitable Foundation, the Kyiv Aviation Institute, the Foundation in Memory of His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr, and with the participation of the Youth Parliament of Ukraine.
The conference has brought together scholars, representatives of civil society, educators, youth leaders, and public figures to reflect jointly on the values and meanings around which the consolidation of Ukrainian society and the reconstruction of the country can take place.
Throughout the day, participants will discuss issues related to the common good, social solidarity, the role of civil society, public institutions, and spiritual traditions in shaping Ukraine’s future.
We wish all participants productive work, meaningful discussions, and inspiring new ideas for the development of our communities and our country!
