The Constituent Assembly of the non-governmental organization “Sofia Brotherhood” was held in Sofia Kyivska. The participants of the meeting elected Archpriest Oleksandr Kolb as the Chairman of the Board and the members of the members of the Brotherhood Board.. The event took place within the framework of the Forum of the Unity of Ukrainian Orthodoxy, which was held on the territory of the National Reserve “Sophia Kyivska”.
We would like to remind that the Sophia Brotherhood positions itself as an association of Orthodox Ukrainians — believers of the UOC, OCU and other Local Churches. The main purpose of the brotherhood’s activity is to comprehensively promote inter-Orthodox dialogue to achieve the unity of Ukrainian Orthodoxy, join efforts and support initiatives of Orthodox Christians aimed at its development.
